Sasriakal, Hello, my name is Sandeep Pandher and I am here, in this lifetime, to live fully through this human body. To move in it, breathe in it, and let love pour through it like light through open hands.

For a long time, I searched outside myself for answers. What I found, again and again, was that the answers were never missing — they were waiting, quietly, inside the body I had forgotten to listen to. That realization changed everything. It became the foundation of my work.

Since receiving my Reiki training in 2012, my path has woven together Reiki, Ayurvedic Marma therapy, acupressure, somatic bodywork, and conscious connected breathwork — more than a decade of deep listening to the body's wisdom.

I hold space at the intersection of grounded science and poetic soul — where the nervous system meets the spirit, and where the body is honored as the sacred, intelligent home that it is.

This is not about fixing you. You are not broken. This is about remembering.
